This carboy cap fits 3, 5 and 6 gallon "glass" carboys.
The dual opening allows for easy siphoning of your beer or wine. Insert your rack in the center and blow into the other opening to force beer up into the rack and through your transfer hose.
The reverse can also be done. This seems more practical to us, but you can place your hose into the center and suck on the second opening to draw your beer or wine into the carboy when doing a secondary fermentation.
